Or rather I don't hope so, but I really need and it's important that I do, otherwise I risk being left without my current job.

I'm sure you'll find it easy to do, you won't be left without your job. And maybe even find a newer, interesting and cooler option in some big company. Get started with online courses on Promova. The platform provides both regular English and business English, which will be more relevant to you now.
